House Crush: Real Estate Stalking the Melbourne Beach Suburbs

I was doing a little bit of stalking on the RealEstate.com.au app today as we were driving past the beautiful inner city beach suburbs of Melbourne.

While it wouldn't be my first choice of house, I really love how they turned an ordinary bungalow into something really stylish with a monochromatic palette. And in Melbourne where the prices are soaring, this is a pretty good alternative I reckon.

Category: Mildly achievable, but even more-so if you buy a rundown version and do the work yourself!

Premise: 4 bedroom + Studio + 3 Carparks bungalow. A short 4 min stroll to the beach and about 20 minutes out of the city centre.

The bedroom is my favorite. The floors are sublime, and so is that wall of wardrobes.

What do you all think? Pretty good or not so much?

Blue Fruit: I know and it's great to see what can be done to an "affordable" unrenovated bungalow in that area... everything else is just too expensive!
