I love the office space, with that cowhide chair. The massive bookcase is pretty darn lovely as well. xo
ReplyDeleteTo be a really lovely, lovely home it needs to have robust energy efficiency credentials. Energy efficiency can be sexy - but in a kind of hidden and understated way.
ReplyDeleteFabulous indeed...I love the modernity of it- and the glamour! My favourite part is the dining room with the yellow chairs and fabulous gold pendants.
ReplyDeletei'm having a hard time keeping it together right now. this place is AMAZING. modern glamour with warm historic touches? yes to the please!

I'd move right in! Every space is clean but chic and cool.
ReplyDeleteLadies, I can't do anything but agree with you all. This place is beyond!
ReplyDeleteWhat excites me the most is we've started looking at houses we would want to move into in 2-3 years and we've decided on a similar unrenovated version of this house - the old symmetrical Australian cottage. Which we would want to gut and redo. I spy a similar post renovation house on the horizon!
The most striking features of the house are its simplicity and functionality. With these two qualities, I can almost see a smooth flow of family activity from one room to another.
ReplyDeleteI’m having a huge crush on it, too. I guess you wouldn’t ask for more. You’ve completed your checklist, my friend. Are you planning of making a house as incredible as this? Ohm, I hope you do. It looks really great, and I’m sure it would be even greater with you living in it.

Hello fabulous! This is like every guy’s dream home too. It’s got cozy rooms filled with all the simple stuff they get to enjoy. What more can they ask for? Ooh, your home will be perfect looking like this.

OMG! The house looks amazing! It's very minimalistic yet trendy. They only have a few pieces of furniture (essential pieces) that made the whole house look spacious. Oh, man! I want to go crazy over that large bookcase. It's been my dream to have a whole room filled with books. I'm in love with this house now, too!
