I’m off to the snow!

The time has come ladies and gents. As you’re reading this I’m probably on a long-haul flight taking me from Adelaide to Sydney to Los Angeles to Atlanta to Montreal in 30 excruciatingly long hours. With this said, I’m either sleeping, watching a chick flick, on laughing my ass off reading this book.

Anyhow, I won’t bore you any longer with the joys of traveling, or with my huge excitement about spending Christmas at home, but let me say this: Things might be slightly sporadic around here, as I spend my time catching up with friends, dining out to all my favorite locales, decorating the Christmas tree, baking our famous Scotch Cakes, overeating, snowboarding, playing backgammon with my mom, drinking wine, ice skating on the lake, or taking long walks in the white forest. I might not reply to comments or emails as religiously and my Twitter might start growing spider webs… However, I have planned a few fun things to keep you entertained while I’m gone which I know you will enjoy!

So please bear with me, and most importantly, enjoy your Holidays too! I will be back in January! X

  6. Thanks ladies for the kind words, I hope you all have equally great Holidays this year!

Kalynor and Christine: You're both right, It's a truly beautiful city. This time of year it's even better when all the Christmas decorations are up and the air is crisp. Loving being back so far!

Gaby: I know it's excrutiating. I would normally fly direct from Sydney-Vancouver-Montreal but I couldn't not take the cheaper deal this time. Ticks are ridiculously expensive at Christmas time...
