Get the Look: Soft Toned Manhattan Living Room

I absolutely fell in love with this room when I first laid eyes on it (thanks Kristen)! The apartment was designed by the firm Carrier & Company for Town & Country and Hearst Designer Visions.

This would make the perfect bachelorette pad don't you think? The lighting sources are impeccable as far as I'm concerned. The console is to die for. I love the amethyst accents. The tones are soft and relaxing... I could see myself spending a lot of happy time in this little living room.  How about you?

If you love this room as much as I do, here's a few ideas and sources to get the same look in your house.
 1. Tressa Tree Table | 2. Mottega Lucca Lamp | 3. Cotton Branches | 4. Urban Smokebell Pendant
5. Belle Meade Double Sconce | 6. Celia Sofa | 7. Plum Putty Diamond Pillow | 8. Julia Upholstered Chair | 9. Empiric Maple Dresser | 10. Avenue Six Curved Tufted Ottoman | 11. Basay Basket

PS: This particular amethyst vase and the rug are no longer available, but they can both easily be found at an antique store or on eBay.

  1. So cute, so cute! I feel bad about my living room now!lol

    1. Oh please, this was designed by a reputed firm, for a national glossy mag - I think we can give ourselves a break here! :) But yes, it's pretty delightful...

  2. Love your picks, especially the rug, dying!

    1. Thanks Gaby! I love the rug too, if only it was still available (found it way back when in a One Kings Lane sale)!

What do you have to share? I love to hear from you!
