What better way to finish the week than with a long run along the beach, followed by a relaxing walk with toes in the water... and then followed by a chick flick and a glass of wine. 8. I loved these Nice Parking cards by Colleen – totally random, yet much nicer than getting your car keyed because of a poor parking. It’s called positive reinforcement people!

9. I loved this article in the New York Times about how to live life to finish with no regrets. It's great advice to live by.
