Oh yes, I was in NYC - and Montauk (aka my favorite place on earth) last week, let's talk about that briefly. It was a girl's trip, so lots of fun and laughs happened, a few beverages were consumed and, most importantly, lots of beach time was allotted due to the scorching heat. So no, I didn't get around to visiting the Hamptons Designer Showhouse (I know - Boohoo me) or a ton of showrooms for that matter. I did however squeeze in a couple of meetings and a brunch with the lovely Tamra.
I'll be adding some addresses in the Little Black Book shortly but let's just say that a couple of highlights were: West Village's Extra Virgin: still as delish the second time around; and Montauk's Surf Lodge: may have had something to do with our lack of sleep on Sunday.
