Let's just start by saying that just the fact that she lives in The Plaza in Manhattan is enough for me to be completely and utterly envious.

Funny fact: my step dad has a similar Andy Warhol print from his "Flowers" series, which he bought in the 60s for 500$! Talk about the importance of investing in emerging artists right? These days, we'll settle for the poster thank you very much.
Don't you just love a mirrored bookcase? If you don't have a lot of stuff to put on display, a mirrored bookcase is a great trick: it always looks full. Mirrored bookcases also look great when setup as minibars.
I think what draws me in most about this room is the mix of antique and contemporary furniture, the bold color choice, the varied art and artifacts collection and of course the bold animal print accents!
What do you think of this space? Love it? Hate it? What are your favorite elements?

1. Andy Warhol Flowers Poster | 2. "Let's Party" by Jessica Craig-Martin Print | 3. Arteriors Wilma Faceted Mercury Glass Table Lamp | 4. Yellow Wingback Chair | 5. Oly Studio Sofia Console Table | 6. Oly Studio Beverly Side Chair | 7. Stuffed Kantha Elephant | 8. Faux Zebra Pillow | 9. Pottery Barn Comfort Slipcovered Sofa | 10. French Empire-Style Side Chairs | 11. Marble Obelisks | 12. Stark Antelope Carpet

That golden yellow chair and electric yellow walls is swoonworthy!
ReplyDeleteAwesome. I have the (fake) print in my office. Found it one the side of the road and just had it reframed.
