Top 5: Prime Dining

I'm talking about dining rooms today on Damask & Dentelle. Dining rooms are an important part of a house if you’re the entertaining type. It’s where your friends and family come together. But for some reason, I often find they feel too formal, like a little "je-ne-sais-quoi" is missing.

Tip #1: Add bold art: Sometimes all you need to break off the conventional feel of a classic dining room is a large scale piece of contemporary art: something a little abstract, yet a little glam. I find oversized photography works wonders in dining rooms.
