TGILWF (thank god it's long weekend Friday)! I've been feeling like a hermit all week trying to catch up on the 1,001 things that landed on my desk all at once, and I need a cocktail! So It's only too fitting that this is a long weekend and I get to unplug and drive up to the country with a friend for a well-deserved Thanksgiving weekend.

You may find me spending time with the fam, lounging, cooking, drinking wine, watching the leaves fall over the lake, going for long walks or runs, feeding the horses, catching up on my favorite mags or my current captivating read (seriously cannot put this book down!), or enjoying the last days on the tennis court.

For my (many) American readers, yup, it's Thanksgiving already here in Canada. Apparently, it's a little colder here and our harvest is long gone already. We're getting geared up for snow falls soon! What are you most looking forward to on your Thanksgiving weekend?
