First things first, my mind turns to everyone in NYC and the Tristate area. I don't think anyone could have predicted such a devastating outcome. I'm glad to report that all my friends that live in or were visiting NYC are well and safe. For us that are too far to go help in person, the least we can do is donate to the Redcross Disaster Relief Fund. They need our help.
Moving on to happier news, I'm off to the launch of the first Williams-Sonoma concept store in Montreal tonight. Chuck Hughes will be there cooking us delicious stuff which won't be too hard on the eye.
