With the winter temperatures at an all time low this week, I'm hanging for my upcoming California trip more than ever. In fact, let's be honest: I should just pack up and move there. Like, today.
All this scheming brought me to look at Californian real estate over on Bungalux and guys, I found it. The dream home. Unfortunately, I don't quite have $75m sitting in the ol' bank account and I'm not sure the banks would readily hand me that kind of mortgage, ever.
So here's to dreaming: a Malibu masterpiece by (favorite) architects Ferguson & Shamamian in collaboration with (another favorite) interior designer Michael S. Smith - you know, the guy who designed the White House.
Check out more of F&S's projects on Bungalux.

I'm in for a time-share too! I'll take September (my favorite month in Malibu).
ReplyDeleteYou seem to know best month-wise! I guess I'll take any winter month... Beats being in -45 degrees over here...
ReplyDeleteGreat idea Raina! Though at that price I can probably afford what... a minute? an hour maybe?
ReplyDeleteI like Sept because it's generally our hottest month and there's less traffic on PCH. The winter's gorgeous in Malibu too and it allows you to escape Canadian winters (and those short short days there if I remember correctly). xx
ReplyDeleteThe exterior of that home is just so stunning.
