Worthy Links: 08.02.13
This week was a good one. I discovered Grinder, now on my list of top restaurants in Montreal. The decor alone is worth it. Think lots of warm wood, tan leather, copper surfaces and light reflecting all over the place. In terms of food, they serve meat. Lots of it. Tartare is their specialty. This is not your preferred vegetarian destination.
This one is for Montreal peeps: my buddy Michael opened a new interior store in Griffintown/Little Burgundy. For those who already know Beige, it's now bigger and better! Go visit at 2660 Notre Dame. I couldn't resist getting a few things for myself, a Clary Sage candle (smells divine), a much needed teapot and ordered some pillows.
In fact, I'm so happy I FINALLY accomplished my January goal. I also bought a laptop. This is my second computer in a year, so hopefully I'm done buying computers for the next 5 years... at least.
And here are a few links for your weekend:
Katie introduced me to Lee Radziwill and brought me back to a place where I used to shop.
I'm dying to order my own return address embosser thanks to Brighton for sharing.
Lindsay invited Meg to talk about one of my favorite bedrooms.
Molly discussed pipe dreams... What's yours?
I discussed pillow pairings on Meg's blog.
It's snowing buckets over here... Looks like it's going to be a cozy weekend!
